Boys' Festival First Festival with Armor Decoration of May Doll | Yoshito-kun from Toshima-ku, Tokyo with a dignified expression

My grandmother gave me a beautiful suit of armor for my son's first Doll's Festival.
On May 5th, the whole family was brought a smile to their faces when they saw our son standing next to this magnificent, heavy armor.

My son is usually very cute, but when he stood next to this armor he looked boyish and dignified.
I hope that my son will grow up to be an elegant, dignified and brave boy like this suit of armor, next year, the year after, and with each passing year.

Every year, I will display this armor and celebrate my son's growth with my family, praying for his future healthy growth and protection from misfortune.
Thank you so much, Hinasei, for making such a wonderful armor.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.
I'm Kurebayashi, a staff member at Hina Dolls.
Thank you for the heartwarming photos.

Looking at the photos, you already appear to be a refined and calm child at this age.
The white kimono covers her face, and her skin is so translucent.
If you were to be stared at with those round eyes, you would surely find them adorable.

In the old days, it was customary to hold a banquet to celebrate a victory and display the items used by the head of the family in battle behind him as a symbol of his military achievements on the battlefield.
This photo reminds me of that episode.
I hope you will display it and enjoy it for a long time.

Thank you very much for this opportunity.
