Boys' Festival First Festival with a helmet decoration for a May doll | Enchanted. Hibiki Taro from Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture

My eldest son got married last year, and my first grandchild was born at the end of the year.
Her mother played the viola and was well versed in music, so she got the idea for "resonating" from there.
They also named him "Kyoutaro," which combines the kanji for "taro" (which means boy).
When looking for a May doll for my first grandchild, I consulted with my eldest son and his wife and decided on a helmet ornament from Hinasei.
I compared and considered various options, but I found that the product was very well made.
The key point was that they responded to my inquiries politely.
I was thinking about not wanting a large size because I was renting a house, but in the end,
It's about the same size as the one we had at home a long time ago.
I haven't seen it in person yet, but it looks pretty impressive from the photos.
The attached photo was taken when I took it out of the box on an auspicious day in early April, right after it arrived.
(LOL) I have the humility to show you my grandson lying down in front of an ornamental helmet of Lord Tametomo.
The same image is set as the desktop background of the PC at work,
Everyone says I'm cute,
Even though he is my grandchild, I say "menkoi naa" (a Hokkaido/Tohoku dialect meaning "cute")
He is grinning.
It has been 20 years since my father passed away, but while he was alive, he used to say things like, "My grandchildren are so cute."
These days, I remember him saying,
I find myself nodding and thinking, "So that's what it was."
I hope my grandson will grow up to be true to his name.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!
I'm Kurebayashi, a staff member at Hina Dolls.
Thank you for the photo, where Hibikitaro looks like he is smiling gently as he sleeps, and it makes me want to smile back too!
The name flag and the helmet matched in color, making for a very stylish display.
I was very impressed.
You said you were reminded of your father's words, and I can sense the deep love in those simple words, "My grandchildren are adorable."
I was touched to hear that he felt the same way, and I could sense his love for his grandson, just like his father did.
Thank you very much for this opportunity.
