When will May dolls be available in stores?
They have been on display since November, and Hina dolls are the main exhibit.
In terms of scores, things will start to line up in earnest from early February.

When will it be delivered?
After the end of the equinox, your order will be delivered on an auspicious date (except for Butsumetsu).
Please let us know if you have a specific date in mind.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping nationwide.
*However, this does not include luggage shipped overseas.

Can I customize it?
We will try to meet your requests as much as possible, with the exception of some sets.
Even with the same armor and helmet, the atmosphere can be completely different depending on the display stand or screen, so have fun making your selection.
We will not only accommodate your preferences, but also provide suggestions based on your budget and storage space.

I don't know the family crest name?
I want to buy a name flag with my family crest, but I'm not sure what the name of the family crest is...
If this is the case, it might be a good idea to look into this while visiting the grave.
Gravestones will always have the family crest engraved on them, so be sure to stop by and check it out while you're paying your respects to your ancestors.
When should the decorating period start and end?
Please decorate your home after the spring equinox, no later than mid-April.
And since it is a seasonal decoration, please take it down after May 5th.
I'd like it to be on a sunny, non-humid day.
There is some paint peeling and scuffing.
The paint at the base of the stag beetle (kuwagata) that is inserted into the helmet may be peeling or scratched.
These marks are left when the 鍬形 (helmet crest) is inserted into the finished helmet to check its fit, and do not affect the quality.
Can I cancel the product?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace it immediately.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will contact you again regarding return and refund.
Regarding personalized products (examples: name flags, laser wooden tags, etc.), we regret that we cannot cancel or change orders after they have been placed.
